karttel comes with a seven-day free trial, so you can find out whether it works with your camera and your circuit before paying anything.
If you paid and it is not what you wanted, ask within 14 days of the payment and you will be refunded in full. No explanation is needed, though knowing what went wrong is genuinely useful.
This applies to a first subscription payment and to a renewal you did not intend. Email the address below with the address you bought under.
Every receipt email contains a link to manage your subscription. Cancelling there stops any further payments. The software carries on working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.
There is nothing to cancel by phone and nobody to argue with.
If karttel cannot read your footage, get in touch before asking for a refund — send the camera model and what happened. Most problems are a camera format that has not been seen before, and those tend to be fixable.
Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or, if you are outside the UK, the equivalent law where you live. Because Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record, they can also handle a refund directly.
